'Murder is normal'

A Muslim from Amsterdam explains his position on the murder of Van Gogh. Footage courtesy of local tv station AT5. If anyone feels the need to prepare a Dutch translation, it would be appreciated. To summarize: he agrees with the murderer. The guy is married to a Dutch woman and has five children.

Anchor: Today in several mosques one paid attention to the murder of Theo van Gogh during the Friday prayer. Imams told their flock that the murder was a violation of all principles of Islam. But not everone agrees.

Voice-over. The first part of the Friday prayer in the Barang (?) mosque in the Amsterdam precinct of Bos en Lommer was devoted to the murder on Theo van Gogh.

First man: The imam said that he finds the murder horrible and he expressed his compassion with the family and beloved ones of Theo van Gogh. And that this is unacceptable according to all values of Islam. This kind of individual action is not tolerated in Islam.

Second man: If you hear something like this, you start thinking in a different way. Like, yes, the imam is right, it's not allowed, it doesn't belong in Islam.

Third man: This man (the imam) has given his personal response. He's not expressing everyone's point of view. I say, if he (Mohamed B., the murderer) wouldn't have done it, I could have done it, or somebody else would have done it. Because, that man (Van Gogh) went too far. He had all the possibilities.

Interviewer: You mean, it's self-evident that it has happened?

Third man: It's very self-evident. He had his freedom of speech, but he has never tried to start a discussion or debate. He called Muslims goat fuckers. He received all attention to express that Muslims...

Interviewer: So the murder was in fact a just act?

Third man: That's my opinion. Not everybody's opinion, but that's my opinion. It is just.

Interviewer: But you do agree this doesn't fit the way we think in the Netherlands?

Third man: It's not about the way we think. I'm married myself to a Duth woman. I have five children who have been raised here in the Netherlands. If you try to insult their mother, then this reaction is very normal.

Interviewer: But don't you think that murder can't ever be considered normal?

Third man: Murder is normal. Why wouldn't murder be normal? What happens in Iraq? What do the Americans do to the Iraqi's? Did the Iraqi's ask for that? That's murder as well, and everone has accepted that. Everyone thinks that that's 'deadly normal'.

What a chilling interview. "Why not? Murder is normal, after all that is what happens every day in Iraq," said the Muslim.

Europe needs to kick out each and every non-citizen Muslim as soon as their visa expires, as quickly as possible.

Any Muslims associating with the terrorists must be incarcerated or deported immediately.

I keep reading articles that say Western Europe (EU), minus a few eastern countries will be the first Muslim Country outside of the middle east by 2006. Any truth to the above? Curious.

It won't be in 2006, but who knows what it will be like in 2030 or 2050?

Even so, I really resent the charge that "every Muslim should be thrown out". There might eventually be a sort of civil war between Muslims and non-Muslims in Europe. It might happen and God knows what the consequences might be.

It's clear that the Muslims were let in at a rate that was much too quick! If only a few had entered each year, it would have been possible to have - at each stage - a common acceptance of Western values.

Then, more Muslims - a few at a time, could have joined the Westernised Muslims in Europe. As a gradual process, it could have been very smooth.

Having huge numbers mass up quickly meant that they were effectively alienated and insulated from Western culture. This sort of social change in the make-up of the population can't happen quickly. The effect has been awful. We're in for much more violence by Arab/Muslim extremists.

And even so, the idea of deporting every Muslim from Europe is a sick idea. It shouldn't even be talked about.

On the other hand, stern unflinching criticism of Radical Islam and ultra-nationalist Arabs is a very good idea! They should be criticised as sharply as right-wing white racists.

Deportation of Muslims may be necessary, but it will be a terrible blow to the ideals of European society. There is a better way, which will cost only some conceits, not nothing fundamental.

Get rid of your welfare state. The Muslim plan is to breed you out of existence. Just don't pay them to do it. These are for the most part unproductive people. If you don't pay to raise their children for them, they won't be able to afford children, and the problem will be self limiting. Those who are able to afford children will be the productive ones, who value the opportunities to be productive that western liberty provides. These are the Muslims who can assimilate. In this way you automatically separate the wheat from the chaff.

By trying to have liberty without responsibility, Europe has openned the door to the irresponsible, in a more terrible form than anyone imagined possible. Going back to a purer form of liberty does not mean you have to stop giving aid entirely. It just means you have to give it in a way that keeps incentives intact. All aid should be billed at full cost to the account of the recipient, to be paid back over the life of the recipient, with full market interest, according to a schedule of ability to pay, in the manner of a secondary income tax. For those who fall into a certain level of debt or obligation (as by having a baby they can't afford), aid could be limited to bare minimum aid in kind (still billed to account) or could depend on certain conditions being met (such as the use of implanted birth control).

On the one hand, this system would deter dependency. Those who need a boost up to become productive citizens would have it available, while the obligation to repay would keep these people from taking more than they need. For those who fall so into debt that prospects for repayment become remote and no longer exert an incentive, limitations on aid would kick in.

If you don't adopt a rational system of aid like this, you are going to keep feeding your Islamo-fascist problem. The answer is simple. Just stop giving this scum your hard earned money!

It is fascinating to see how the Netherlands react to the vicious murder of one person juxtaposed to Spain where 147 Spaniards were blown up.

Did I read correctly that the Netherlands have 1 million Muslims? If so, you all are in a world of s**t. It would seem an unsolvable problem.

If Mohamed B. is convicted and sentenced like Volkert van der Graaf was for the murder of Pim Fortuyn—18 years wasn’t it, he only has to serve 2/3 of the time—so Mohamed B. could be back out on the streets in 12 years? A daunting prospect indeed.

Alec the main problem with your supposition to end a welfare state is the Islamic terrorist, the ones so dangerous, are funded from the ME. Cutting off the money would do little good except provide more support and cover for terrorist. The Moslems don’t have to out breed the Dutch in order to have a plurality. Just destabilize the economy and the country and they win.

I do so wish that all the hand-wringing liberals would understand simple reality: times have changed; it's them or us. And on a personal note to all women attcked by these "things", carry a knife and castrate them, as soon as you get the chance: the dickheads seriously believe that they won't get their 72 virgins without their "manhood" !!
