The San Francisco Chronicle, not exactly a right wing bastion, lectures Dutch Muslim leaders on their civic responsibilities. Perhaps queen Beatrix should read it too.

Debra Saunders is the San Francisco Chronicle's token libertarian/conservative columnist. She writes well, but you can't take her voice as that of the paper's at large at all.

Thanks for that addendum, I wasn't aware of that. I sort of took Andrew Sullivan's very brief mention of the article under the caption 'The left and Van Gogh' as proof she was representative for the newspaper.
