Why terrorists live on welfare

It's because Mohammed did so, too! Both Bouyeri and the London bombers lived on state support. According to Buzzmachine, who in turn quotes the Sunday Times, this kind of behavior is completely halal:

Instead, the young follower, Nasser, who receives £44 job seekers’ allowance a week, said it was permissible to “live off benefits”, just as the prophet Mohammed had lived off the state while attacking it at the same time. Even paying car insurance was seen as supporting the system. “All the (Saviour Sect) brothers drive without insurance,” he said.

To be honest, this behaviour is widespread. I've been to many punk rock gigs and it's always the welfare people who scream "fuck the government" and the anti-capitalists who sell €20 t-shirts.

Is this welfare unlimited in the UK and EU?

In the US now you can get five years of benefits,
and then you are on your own, in most cases.

On the lighter side:
A man goes into an adult entertainment shop and asks the assistant for an inflatable doll.

"Would you like male or female?" "Female, please."

"Would you like Black or White?" "White, please."

"Would you like Christian or Muslim?"

This question confused the man and he replied, "What has the religion got to do with it? It's an inflatable doll!"

"Well," explained the assistant, "the Muslim one blows itself up."

@Cousin: there are different kinds of welfare in the Netherlands. The one at subsistence level is unlimited, however, unemployment benefits are limited and dependent on the amount of time you actually had a job and your previous salary. Even then, they are not as high as said salary. The one at subsistence level gets abused quite a lot, but the abuse is gradually decreasing now the government has started to made municipalities directly responsible for handing out those benefits. This made sure that the latter actually started checking on 'bijstand' fraud, as not doing so results in using up their budgets too soon.
