I got a better idea what this was about by relying on my undergraduate course in Old English, but here is what Babel Fish had to say:

Hoe meer Web vis-wagens, hoe betrouwbaar het onderzoek, daarom ook uw mede-webloggers deelnemen vragen om enquete in te vullen.
